Terms And Conditions
Booking: A $100 deposit is required to hold your booking (If the tour is booked over 7 days prior to your arrival date). If less than 7 days, full payment is required. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on file 5-7 days prior to your arrival date. If you wish to change cards, please notify us prior to the 5 day expiration.
Cancelation: Clients can cancel 7 days before the tour start time with full refund. Cancelations within 7 days, up to 48 hours of tour date forfeiting $100 deposit. The remainder will be put back on clients card. If client cancels within 48 hours of tour start time, or does not show up, there will be no refund and full amount will be charged.
Damage fees: A fee can be added to the main cardholder on file if any damages occur during the tour process. Stain fee: $150.00. TV damage: $350.00. Leather damage: $175.00. Vomit cleaning $200.00. If at all when damages occur, and the cardholders card is declined, a total of damages will be sent to collections for further processing till paid in full.
Drinking Policy: Our bus tours are bring your OWN alcohol. NO GLASS EVER. 21 and up is our policy for all yours except the (mural tour). If anyone is underage no alcohol is allowed on bus including those over the age of 21 for the mural tour. ID's will be checked and scanned by the bus driver prior to bus leaving its starting point. No refund is given if the party refuses to continue due to an age discrepancy. Always please drink responsibly. Nash Bash will provide the cooler, cups, and ice. Just remember no alcohol is provided by Nash Bash Party Bus.
